Jivamukti Yoga Teacher & Co-Host

We are thrilled to introduce Sarah, a passionate and highly experienced Jivamukti Yoga teacher, now part of the Soul Space family! After five years of personal practice, she made the bold decision to leave a successful career in the film industry in 2008 to pursue her true calling—teaching yoga.

Sarah’s teachings are deeply inspired by ancient yogic texts like the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Her classes are a unique blend of philosophy, chanting, energizing flows, challenging asanas, strong assists, and her signature warmth.

Jivamukti Yoga, the heart of Sarah’s practice, is a dynamic and holistic style that integrates physical movement with ethical and spiritual principles. Expect a transformative experience rooted in non-harm, meditation, devotion, and the study of yogic teachings.
