Sacred Sundays
Karma Yoga to support those in need

Sacred Sundays are special donation-based classes that take place on the first Sunday of each month at Soulspace Yoga. These karma-based classes raise funds to support our chosen beneficiaries—Living Hope, Hope Town, and St Luke’s Hospice hrough holistic development, community support, and compassionate care.
Since launching Sacred Sunday 10 months ago, our amazing community has raised over R19,060 for local charities. Each month, one of our dedicated instructors leads a unique class, such as yin yoga, slow flow, or yoga nidra, providing a peaceful space for connection, self-care, and giving back.
How It Works:
- Sacred Sundays are open to everyone and operate on a donation basis. No set fee. Give what you can, or simply join us for the practice.
- 100% of proceeds go directly to support local charity organizations.
- Each session is designed to bring us together in a meaningful way, offering an opportunity to practice with purpose and make a difference.
Come as you are, and be part of something bigger!

Sacred Sunday for July & August will be replaced by a PASS THE LIGHT FOR MADIBA ceremony on Saturday the 19th July to celebrate Nelson Mandela Day. All proceeds for this community event will be evenly split between our three charities Living Hope, Hope Town, and St Luke’s Hospice.
Come practice with purpose and be part of this impactful journey. Together, we can foster hope where it’s needed most.
