Class Descriptions


In this class, we will practice turnaround sequences that bring you to the back of the mat so you can kick up against the wall for the inversions  that have been included in the sequence without having to break your flow.
Expect to cover the biomechanics of one inversion per class and learn how to use the wall to build strength and stamina in the asana so that you can eventually float up with ease!

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please note we are unable to refund, pause or extend credits. None of our packages are transferable to other people.
  • Credits are not transferable
  • Credits are not refundable
  • Monthly packages are not pausable
  • Yogis on unlimited monthly packages please note, when you cancel within a 12 hour period you loose one day off the package.
  • Booked spaces can be canceled and converted back into a credit up to 12 hours before a class, thereafter you can no longer cancel/reschedule.
  • There needs to be a minimum of 3 people booked for a class to run. If a class gets canceled due to a lack of numbers we will send you a message and your credit will be refunded.
  • If you book a class and fail to arrive you will be charged a credit.
  • Students and Pensioners: Please email a copy of your ID and student card to hello@soulspacestudio.co.za, along with your proof of payment in order to activate your credits.

Because we’re a small studio with limited space your booking needs to be confirmed by making full payment within 30 minutes of making the reservation. No matter which package you purchase, all credits are valid for any of the classes on the schedule .

When paying through Bookamat you can pay via SnapScan, instant EFT,  credit/debit card or PayFast. You will be prompted to choose an option at checkout.

Mat rental - Asoka Alignment Performance mat (super thick and grippy) -R20 per class

important arrival policy and studio etiquette


At Soul Space Studio, we strive to provide a serene and uninterrupted experience for all our clients during their yoga sessions. To ensure that every participant can fully immerse themselves in their practice, we have a strict arrival policy in place along with studio etiquette guidelines.

Please Arrive Early: We kindly request all participants to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their class. This allows ample time for check-in, settling into the space, and preparing for the session ahead.

⭐️ No Shoes in the Sanctuary: Help us maintain a clean and peaceful environment by removing your shoes before entering the studio space.

⭐️ Mobile Devices Set to DO NOT DISTURB: To minimize distractions and promote mindfulness, please ensure your mobile devices are set to silent or airplane mode during class.

⭐️ NO Photos During Class: Respect the privacy and focus of your fellow yogis by refraining from taking photos during class.

⭐️ Inform Your Teacher of Any Injuries Before Class: Your safety is our priority. Please inform your teacher of any injuries or physical limitations before the class begins so they can offer appropriate modifications.

⭐️ Silence in the Sanctuary / Minimize Conversations Between Sessions: Help maintain a tranquil atmosphere by keeping conversations to a minimum and refraining from loud noises in the studio area.

⭐️ If You Need to Skip Savasana, Slip Out Quietly: While Savasana is an essential part of the practice, we understand that circumstances may arise. If you need to leave before the final relaxation, please do so quietly to minimize disruption to others.

Prompt Door Locking: In consideration of our clients' experience, our doors will be locked promptly at the scheduled start time of each class. This ensures minimal disruption to those already engaged in their practice.

Late Arrivals: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the class has begun. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the session for all participants and to respect the time of those who arrive punctually.

Booking Assurance: We encourage all clients to book their sessions in advance and plan their arrival accordingly to secure their spot in the class. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please be mindful of our policies to ensure a seamless experience for yourself and your fellow yogis.
