Workshops with Nurgul Lazenby

A Journey of Friendship, Resilience, and Yoga
This November, we’re honoured to welcome international yoga teacher and dear friend, Nurgul Lazenby, to Soul Space for a heartfelt series of four workshops. Each one an invitation to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your heart.
Nearly twenty years ago, on her first yoga teacher training at a Sivananda Ashram in Spain, René met Nurgul, a kindred spirit whose path in yoga has continued to inspire.
Their friendship has been woven through shared practice, travels to India, and a shared dream of creating spaces for others to find connection through yoga.
Since then, Nurgul has become an internationally respected teacher, having taught over 15,000 hours of classes, workshops, and retreats around the world. She blends Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Therapy, and Vinyasa Yoga with depth and authenticity, always guiding students toward their own inner wisdom.
Three years ago, Nurgul faced breast cancer with courage, surrender, and devotion to her practice. Through restorative yoga, she found healing and renewal and today, she continues to share her light from her home in Harrogate, England.
This visit marks a full-circle moment. A celebration of friendship, resilience and the timeless power of yoga.
