You’ll be guided by a team of experienced and passionate teachers who are committed to supporting you throughout this journey. Here’s a little about each of them:

Sarah Bentz
Jivamukti Yoga Teacher & Co-Host
We are thrilled to introduce Sarah, a passionate and highly experienced Jivamukti Yoga teacher, now part of the Soul Space family! Sarah is the founder of Living Yoga, South Africa’s only Jivamukti affiliate studio. After five years of personal practice, she made the bold decision to leave a successful career in the film industry in 2008 to pursue her true calling—teaching yoga.
Sarah’s teachings are deeply inspired by ancient yogic texts like the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Her classes are a unique blend of philosophy, chanting, energizing flows, challenging asanas, strong assists, and her signature warmth.
Jivamukti Yoga, the heart of Sarah’s practice, is a dynamic and holistic style that integrates physical movement with ethical and spiritual principles. Expect a transformative experience rooted in non-harm, meditation, devotion, and the study of yogic teachings.

René Ross
Founder of Soul Space Studio, Yoga Teacher, and Trainer
With over 25 years of experience in yoga, René’s approach blends fluid movement, strong foundational alignment, and deep relaxation. She has completed over 800 hours of certified yoga training in Sivananda, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pregnancy Yoga, and creative sequencing, and has studied across the globe, including Bali, Rishikesh, and Spain.

Tracy Bertish
Tracy is passionate about rehabilitation, symmetry, and movement. With an extensive career dedicated to rehabilitating, training, and optimizing the body’s ability to function at its full potential, Tracy brings a wealth of expertise to the field.
With a background rooted in Sports Science and an Honours Degree in Biokinetics, Tracy has a special interest in injury prevention as well as pre- and post-operative/injury rehabilitation. Having worked in private practice for many years, Tracy began her career in Australia, facilitating and supporting Olympic Team Athletes in preparation for the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Specializing in biomechanics, injury prevention, and functional movement, Tracy approaches anatomy education in a way that deepens students’ understanding of the human body and its direct application to their yoga or movement practice.
Tracy has led numerous rehabilitation and clinical Pilates workshops, focusing on integrating science into movement. Through these trainings, she empowers instructors, therapists, and students with practical, hands-on methodologies that build strength, confidence, and conviction in their teaching.

Renée Lambert
Guest Teacher - Ayurveda & Nutrition
René Lambert has dedicated her life to holistic wellness, healing, and self-discovery. Her passion for supporting the nervous system led her to expand into Watsu Therapy in 2022, followed by completing her Mastering in Ayurvedic Digestion in 2023.
René seamlessly integrates these diverse modalities into her bodywork practice, yoga teaching, and workshops. Her deep understanding of the mind-body connection allows her to create space for individuals and groups to unlock their innate potential.
